Kären moved to Maine 11 years ago and lives in Cumberland with her husband, 2 daughters, their Ragdoll cat, Mochi, and Spinone Italiano puppy, Enzo. She was formally a pastry chef, culinary instructor, yoga teacher, and managed many large businesses in Portland and around the country. She absolutely loves animals, gardening, and spending time outdoors with her family.

Laura joined the FVH team in 2014 with 10 years of customer service experience from a variety of settings. At Falmouth, her position has evolved from CSR to now, the Client Service Manager. She is an active member of the VHMA and finished her Customer Service Manager Designation course in 2018. Laura is truly passionate about our customers, their pets and the exceptional staff she has the pleasure of working with.

After studying animal science at the University of Rhode Island, Sarah worked in various customer service roles. Since 2009, she has worked as a CSR at different veterinary hospitals in Massachusetts until relocating to Portland in December. Sarah joined the FVH team soon after, in January of 2017. She thrives on witnessing the wonderful bond between clients and their pets in her daily work. Outside of work you’ll find her spending time with family and her Black Lab mix named Gus. She also thoroughly enjoys cooking and reading.

Hannah recently returned to Maine after living in Rhode Island for a brief time. Hannah joined FVH in September of 2018. She has a background in customer service and massage therapy but her love of the bond between pets and their people brought her to explore a new path here at Falmouth Veterinary Hospital.

After 8 years in the animal hospitality industry, Tia joined the FVH team in December '17 with the hope of growing her knowledge and passion for animal care. After becoming Reiki certified in 2012, she has applied that energy healing to her work with animals as a hobby. This lead Tia here to further understand the scientific approach to wellness.

EmilieClient Service Representative
Emilie joined the Falmouth team in the fall of 2020. She has worked in customer service for 15 years, primarily in human medicine. She brings a variety of skills to the team as a Client service representative.
At home, Emilie has two dogs Gunner and Mia and two cats Hope and Faith. While away from work you will find her on the sidelines, cheering on her daughters who play flag football, softball and basketball and cheering on her step-son in the plays he performs in.

KaitlynneClient Service Representative
Kaitlynne comes from the human medical field and is overjoyed to join the veterinary community, especially here at Falmouth Vet. She’s known working with animals was something she wanted to do from a young age, so this opportunity at Falmouth is perfect. She's grown up with a wide variety of animals from panther chameleons to sugar gliders, how neat! Outside of work Kaitlynne enjoys drawing, hiking, cooking and spending time with her mischievous Mini-Aussies, Oakley and Lucy.
