In efforts to assist you and continue to help your pets receive the best care, we now offer Telemedicine consults! Telemedicine refers to practicing patient care via a digital platform instead of the provider and patient being physically together. Generally, this is a video visit via a device that connects to the internet such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone.
Some examples of telemedicine appointments include*: Skin (lesions, incision rechecks, wounds/cuts, etc.), behavior concerns, dietary questions or weight concerns, flea/tick questions or parasite identification, limping or lameness issues, senior care, Chronic cases that need follow-up monitoring (kidney disease, diabetes, etc.), acute vomiting or diarrhea concerns, and toxin ingestion.
*These patients must already have a valid client/patient relationship with Falmouth Veterinary Hospital to be eligible for this service.
If you would like to schedule a Telemedicine consult, inquire if your pet’s needs qualify for a consult, or have additional questions, please call our office at (207) 781-4028.
